Southwest Deviled Eggs

Spices from the Southwest provide a flavor twist to an old traditional favorite.  These deviled eggs are not just for picnics!


12 hard cooked eggs, cooled and peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Mustard
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Red Pepper
Chives or chopped green onion, optional


1.  Slice eggs in half; carefully remove the yolks and place in a small bowl.  Set the whites aside.  Mash yolks with fork.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

2.  Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white halves.  Sprinkle lightly with additional chili powder and garnish with chives or chopped green onion, if desired.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
